We will email you an invoice, requesting a deposit payment, and detailing your order, for your approval after we receive your submitted request. The remaining balance -plus shipping cost- will be due when the guitar is completed, prior to shipping.
When you receive the guitar you have 5 days to return it for a full refund, minus the $250 materials/processing cost. No questions asked. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. All instruments come with a limited lifetime warranty.
